Shipping FAQs


Tracking lets you know exactly where your package is and how long to expect before you can receive your package. Orders are usually delivered within 3-4 days after shipping, but if you are experiencing a delay with your order, please allow up to 7 business days for your order to arrive. Shipping can potentially take longer than that due to unforeseen circumstances caused by COVID19. If more than two weeks have passed, email us at to review the status or your order.

Below are our shipping policies for the US. We will always email you shipping information and if you have an account with us you will be able to view shipping information under your orders.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy is pretty basic…

  • You have 15 days after receiving the product to contact us and file a claim to return/exchange your product
  • If a refund is granted to you, it will be credited to the payment method that was used to purchase the product — You will receive a refund within 3-5 business days from the time the refund was processed
  • We do not offer refund on any digital/non-physical products
  • If your refund claim is accepted, you will still be responsible for paying the return shipping. Once we receive the product back, we will start processing your refund.
  • We reserve the right to charge a 65% restocking fee for returned items.
